Birth–5 · social-emotional

Family Wellness

Early support for our youngest community members.

Family Wellness identifies and supports the social-emotional needs of children from birth to age 5 — within the context of their family and community. Practitioners partner with parents, guardians, and staff to recognize early emotional needs in children enrolled in CommUnify’s Children’s Services, then tailor support to each child and family.

CommUnify offers non-specialty mental health services for Medi-Cal eligible community members of all ages. Clinical therapy for the everyday challenges so many of us face — and that are far easier to carry with the right support.

Community members can reach our behavioral health team directly, and many will also be connected through CenCal Health. For CenCal-funded services, we’ll help you confirm eligibility and understand your options every step of the way.
